Hi, I’m robert shufflebotham and I’ve been a software trainer for over 20 years. My enthusiasm and drive to create productive, interesting and stimulating learning environments remains undiminished. I’m a qualified teacher and I’m also the author of ‘InDesign in easy steps‘, along with other titles in the same series.

I provide InDesign training that is flexible, reliable and innovative in London, Oxford, Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea and throughout the UK.

InDesign Author

I wrote ‘InDesign in easy steps‘ in 1997. Since then I’ve done 6 updates to the title. It’s not the only book you’ll buy on InDesign, but it should be the first. Each delegate who attends training receives a copy of the book as courseware.

Freelance InDesign trainer

I started training InDesign in 2003, at Reed Business Information and The National Magazine Company, when it began it’s domino effect of replacing the previously dominant QuarkXPress. Since then I’ve been training InDesign for magazine, newspaper, and book publishers, along with design agencies and marketing and communications departments, throughout the UK.
